In our experience, bad alcohol (= Alcohol Denat.) in high concentrations is a problem in skin care products. It dries out the skin and gradually destroys the uppermost protective layer of the skin. Skin problems only appear after some time. Oily skin becomes increasingly oily and dry skin increasingly dry. There are many wonderful care products that do completely without alcohol - so it is not difficult to avoid those who are overloaded with alcohol. It's worth a try.
